A little about me

With a B. A in Philosophy and Politics, and an M.A in Investigative Journalism, I am now a journalist and writer passionate about reporting on politics and culture.

Currently a freelancer, I write for numerous national and indie publications, my work can be found in publications such as Black Ballad, The New World, The Guardian, The Observer, Polyesterzine, Glamour UK and Teen Vogue

As a journalist, I enjoy analysing the dynamics of the world we live in today, especially focusing on issues around race and gender. You can find me working on a number of articles - one week, covering an exhibition around black womanhood, another week discussing the effects of council cuts on local arts or writing an essay on private schools in young adult media, and sometimes, the influence of Twilight on young women.

As I continue my career, I would like to narrow my focus on examining reproductive justice and internet culture and its influence on political ideology for young people, especially in today's world.
